We are a business registered in China, specializing in the export and wholesale of industrial and automotive equipment, including but not limited to heavy-duty power inverters and negative pressure ventilation fans. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE, AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Prices for all Products are subject to change. Given the B2B wholesale nature of our business, final pricing, shipping configurations, and lead times will be confirmed via formal quotation after you submit a bulk inquiry.
6. Purchases and Payment
We accept various forms of payment for our B2B transactions, including established cross-border payment platforms such as WorldFirst, international wire transfers (T/T), and other agreed-upon commercial payment methods. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all wholesale purchases made via the Site or negotiated directly with our sales representatives.
You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and relevant cross-border transaction details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), and international customs duties will be handled in accordance with the applicable Incoterms agreed upon during the final quotation process.
7. User Generated Contributions
