1. Sample Orders: We support sample testing for B2B buyers. If the sample has functional defects upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days with video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund for the sample cost.
2. Bulk Orders & Warranty: For bulk orders, all products undergo strict quality control before shipment and come with a standard 12-24 month warranty. If any unit fails due to manufacturing defects during the warranty period, we provide free replacement components or repair services.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Custom-built products or bulk goods without quality defects cannot be returned once shipped, due to high international freight and customs costs.
