As a direct source factory, we support flexible cooperation. While MOQ varies by model for our heavy-duty power inverters, we welcome low-MOQ trial orders. We also strongly encourage new clients to place sample orders for performance testing before bulk purchase.
For standard samples, we usually ship within 3-5 business days. For bulk industrial orders, the standard production lead time is 15-25 days. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe export to global markets.
We accept secure international payment methods including Corporate T/T, WorldFirst, and PayPal (with Buyer Protection).
Our Warranty & Return Policy is structured as follows:
• 7-Day Arrival Inspection (DOA): Any sample or trial unit with transit damage or specification discrepancy reported within 7 days of delivery qualifies for immediate free replacement or refund.
• 3-Year Factory Warranty: All inverters and LiFePO4 power stations include a 3-Year Manufacturer Warranty. Units with manufacturing defects are eligible for free replacement within the first year, and we provide free replacement components (circuit boards, BMS modules, fans) and dedicated engineer technical support throughout the full 3-year period.
Please share the equipment you plan to power, its rated power and startup requirements, your battery voltage, and the required AC output voltage and plug type. These details help identify suitable models. Please confirm compatibility before placing an order.
Package contents depend on the model and configuration. Please check the product listing and your quotation for the included items. If you need a battery, adapter, cable, or other accessory, specify it in your inquiry so the complete package can be confirmed before ordering.
For custom branding or packaging inquiries, please send your preferred model, order quantity, logo files, and packaging requirements. Availability, minimum order quantity, additional costs, and lead time need to be confirmed for each project.
Please include your order number, product model, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video where helpful. Details of the connected equipment and operating conditions can also assist with troubleshooting. Please do not include passwords or payment card details.
